Very nice Abi but I don't think submissive secretaries should be allowed to wear knickers. if a man decides to lift your skirt he should be able to whack a bare bottom.
Of course the knickers should be removed for appropriate punishment; also they should not be worn to work for the three days following the punishment as a gentle reminder of the recent painful consequences of poor work.
Gents, with all due respect you are talking nonsense. Firstly, it is important to be realistic and no PA walks around the office without knickers, what about when she has bend down to get a low file? Secondly, taking them down to reveal your bare bum for spanking is embarrassing and an integral part of the ritual. Not allowing her knickers to be worn after a spanking until home time is, however, a useful supplement to the chastisement itself.
A few extra strokes for not putting your right hand back with your left would seem to be required...
